Leaders: me (Schizo) and Water (aka Doo). Get council and rcon. not to be changed

Council: Zero, SilentBob, and unknown third member: get council. only 3 people. not to be changed

Advanced member: gets knight and basic admin abilities to keep the server in order for when someone with council isn't on- only for most loyal members and friends

Senior member: same as clan member but has proven themselves to be instructor- will be given to most active members

Clan member: basic clan member

Initiate: new recruits in 1-week trial

Any member level (anything above initiate) can vote and make suggestions for the clan, but cannot make any important decisions on their own. Major clan decisions will be made by the 3 council members and the 2 leaders and with majority vote (3 out of 5 people for or against something).
